Breaking the Chains With Love With Valarie Walker

Today’s episode features activist, artist, and educational trainer and facilitator Valarie Walker. In this conversation, we dive into the inspiration that is her mother, Rosemary, the peaceful march she spearheaded called "Break the Chains With Love," and ways listeners can participate in advocacy across cultures, geography, and abilities. 

 

This year, Valarie and I are artists-in-residence with the independent artist collective the Keepsake House. We will be performing at different shows throughout 2023, and the next show will be on Thursday, February 16, at the Rockwood Music Hall.
